Congratulations to Andy on an excellent career. He always struck
me as a steady, reliable assistant who rarely got a decision
wrong. One of the best IMO

One of my favourite AR’s , a real shame to see him go a vastly
experienced and reliable AR and to his credit did brilliantly to
recover from a mild heart attack a few years ago to resume his
PL career
Good luck Andy in whatever path you choose to follow next

Another stellar alumni of the experienced West Midlands League
list.
Hopefully the Birmingham FA will get him in as an instructor to
bring through the next cohort of excellent Assistant Referees.

I apologise if this is yet another senior moment, but did I not
hear the BBC1 commentator refer to 'Andrew Garrett' during last
night's semi-final at Wembley? The chap on the far side.
Definitely not 'Ian Hussin' and I don't think it was 'Richard
West'. Or was I dozing again as I usually do on a Sunday
evening? ;D

and Hussin and west were on last nights semi final
