An unusual if not unique straight red for DOGSO at Swindon when
the offending Swindon player (Taylor) was still in the
opposition half when he committed the DOGSO foul. 'Taking one
for the team' was how it was put on TV and, imo, the ref, Craig
Hicks, got it spot on.

I remember the card shark Breakspear binning a Fulham defender
against Middlesbrough for a similar transgression, Ream I think.
I thought it was very harsh at the time.

Thankfully Mr Kettle didn't succumb to the Commentators Curse
and once again had a decent game officiating The Cobblers.
Shame our team couldn't replicate his performance, which has now
resulted in our being without a manager with effect from last
night.

yes his first game and he was at Fleetwood v Wycombe last

Do you mean he attended the game or did he replace Darren
Englang,who was 4O the next night?
Any ideas who was 40 at Ipswich,replacing Newport bound TM K?
