cover.
But who is it ?

A brilliant picture of a referee kitted out in typical 1960s
gear. Presumably he is not meant to be the 'hooligan'! My one
thought is that it could be John Thacker of Scarborough (timing
is right) but that is a guess and other than John, I have no
idea. :(
