Missing lino's for F.A. Amateur Cup Finals

Referees stayed with finals for the replay(s)
but I am unsure that lino's always did (they certainly were
different for the 1935 replay)
as lino's are harder to find, particularly for replays
Can anyone help with any of the 10 remaining matches below
(names given for first match where known)
Full initials & towns/counties also needed for any new ones
found
07.04.94 ? & ? (at Richmond RFU)
27.03.97 ? & ? (at Tufnell Park)
17.04.97 ? & ? (at Darlington)
31.03.00 ? & ? (at Leicester)
13.04.01 (at Ipswich) Squires & Carpenter (did first match)
04.04.03 (at Darlington) Davis & Roberts (did first match)
18.04.12 (at Middlesbrough) Fortune & Rowlands (did first match)
19.04.13 (at Bishop Auckland) Wilkinson & Windridge (did first
match)
22.04.33 (at Darlington) Daley & Peters (did first match)
22.04.39 ? & Cutts (at Sunderland)

I have had a look at Upton's with particular reference to the
early 20th century:
J E Carpenter of Leicester
R Roberts of Crewe
A Peters of Kettering
Not sure whether this is helpful but, as mutn3 has suggested,
this is not something that is going to be easily resolved!

thanks, but what I am after is the lino's on the match dates
(often replays)
I have the names & initials of those I listed for the initial
drawn match
I have some more tough asks coming up!

Hi John
Have you looked at the British Newspaper Library yet? If you
have, I don't need to look again. If you haven't, that will be
my first port of call.

Yes I have tried that, a fresh searcher might find something,
but I gave it a good trawl.
I think best bet is the programmes from 1933 & 1939 but they are
both rare

I tried 1894 and although I was able to find confirmation that
Tom Gunning was the referee, there was nothing about the
linesmen.
