Non League Steps 3 to 7 Null & Void

I suppose it was the only decision that could be made, that
       avoids any legal issues.
Its a shame that the hard work of the referees at various levels
       will now wasted.

I can't see how this will avoid legal issues and or challenges
For example Jersey Bulls 30 points clear in their League
mathematically can be caught but highly unlikely. I think there
will be legal action at all levels.

By voiding the season I believe it reduces the chances of
appeals and in my view the F.A. have a better chance of winning
       them.
If they had gone for PPG, there would have been a lot more
appeals with probably better cases and chances of winning.
I presonnally would rather have waited it all out and finished
whenevr that maybe, but then has a big knock on effect for
       finanaces at non leaue level.

I don't think any club taking legal action will come looking to
clever at all. Thousands of people are dying and they are
worried about what is, at the end of the day, a game.
       Perspectives needed I think.

Teams that had done very badly wanted voiding, teams that had
done very well wanted points per game.
Not for the first time the FA have chosen to reward the teams
that have fared less well, in the process wiping out all the
matches, the players' appearances, goals scored and, in some
       cases, promotions already mathematically achieved.
It's the easy option, it's expedient but is it right ? I don't
       think so.
Will referees who were being lined up for promotions be told
that as their matches didn't exist they must continue at the
same level next season, just as the players have been?
As rustyref says so rightly, with thousands dying football is
not at the top of anyone's priority list at the moment but if
decisions are being made, they should still be subject to
       scrutiny.

Taken for another forum, posted by a very esteemed gentleman who
was a step 4 club secretary, before becoming a step 5 league
secretary (which he no longer is):
"I suspect any clubs thinking of going down the legal route will
be referred to Standardised Rule 12.2 which states “At the end
of the Playing Season of each competition a table will be
compiled showing the playing record of each Club in each
       division of the Competition.”
As we haven’t reached the end of the season, no such table
should exist so nobody can yet claim to have been denied
promotion by today’s decision. As I stated on the old forum
several years ago, any tables produced prior to the end of the
season are merely for guidance only."

What about Vauxhall Motors who had already guaranteed promotion?
The NWCFL wrote to the FA about completing the season in
interest of fairness etc, but unsurprisingly received no
response from national HQ. The next to no communication about
       this has been equally horrendous.
I don't know how referees can be promoted/demoted as some will
have had observations lined up over the next few weeks and might
well have performed well/not well and moved up/down the
       respective rankings.

Will any outstanding suspensions now lapse, I wonder. After all,
one can hardly have committed any misdemeanours in matches
deemed not to have taken place.

I don't know if it is the right or fair thing to do or not,
hence why I write rubbish on an internet forum and am not in a
position of power but It's such a shame for all of those who
have worked so hard - players, managers, coaches, referees,
       ground staff, league secretaries etc.
