I only saw the penalty shoot-out part of this game and wonder if
anybody agrees with me that the Norwich GK Tim Krul should have
been cautioned when he persisted with his gamesmanship and
delaying antics?

I agree, as we say in my neck of the woods 'he was taking the
piddle'
Also the fact he was 2 foot of his line didn't help, but in a
way I accept that more than the 1mm off being re-taken, like we
had in the summer.
As a point of law, if a keeper is sent off during a shoot-out,
is a specialised keeper allowed to replace him even if all subs
have been used?

I think I'm right in saying that only players who were on the
field at the end of extra time are allowed to participate in the
shoot-out, so I'd imagine he/she would have to be replaced by an
outfield player on the field.

If a goalkeeper was sent off in the last minute of extra time
and all subs had been used then they presumably wouldn't be
allowed to use a specialised goalkeeper for the shootout so I'd
guess it's the same if a keeper is sent off in the shootout
itself?
I think IFAB are changing the laws for the new season so that
yellow cards aren't taken forward to a penalty shootout and a
goalkeeper will be warned on the first occasion they step off
the line to save a penalty before being cautioned subsequently
so I suppose there is a reduced chance of it happening.

I like that change actually.
