Is it a pen? Is it a corner? Or were planes landing on Portman
Road?

Having conspired in the first half, with no obvious signal, to
give a (correct) penalty to Peterborough, Ian Cooper managed to
confuse everyone in the second half whilst assisting in awarding
a (correct) penalty to Ipswich. Good, strong agitation of the
flag, a twitch towards putting it across his chest old style, to
pointing down to the corner before walking along the goal line.
I just hope his articulation over the comms was clearer
😋

I know we're talking about Andy Woolmer here, but I'm not sure
why he needed the assistant to tell him that the first one was a
penalty. As you say, it was pretty clear, obviously inside the
box and Woolmer seemed to have a good view of it.

I thought both were fairly obvious

How the Ipswich player was not cautioned (no need for red)
either was equally surprising..although with Woolmer probably
not
