i think it should be separated because most of high school
students is teenager and not so matures enough and most of the
university student is not a teenager and also to avoid bullying
because of age gap

No ma'am because high school students will miss a lot of things
like enjoying or having fun. Maturity comes in college life so a
big adjustment will come after so we should let them have fun
first :D

No, High school is not under CHED. Both High school and College
is handled by different sector of government. DEPED should focus
on the development of Elementary ang High school and CHED should
focus and make enhancements on quality higher eduaction.
