MEP Hosting Rules *Advisors Only*

First and most importantly, you must be an adviser or higher
rank to host a mep. Advisers are people that I know I can count
on to handle their sector because they have sent parts in on
time in the past.
Second, I only want each person to host one mep at a time. Right
now there are only three people who have the authority to hold
meps for this group so that means a max of three meps going at a
time. We have a rather small group for my sector idea, but I'm
hoping to gain more members later on. When you post the final
version of your mep, you may post sign-ups for your next one.
Not before then!
Third, when you are ready to do a sign-up, make the video
showcasing what the tracks will be and upload the video to a
file sharing site such as dropsend or sendspace and post it here
in the group for the members to open and see. I know most groups
post the videos directly on youtube, but then non-members tend
to not read and ask if they can join and I would just like to
avoid that altogether. If you can post your video as unlisted,
however, you may do that instead. Just as long as only group
members can see the video.
Fourth, just because I am a curious person, tell me the song you
will be doing for your mep before you post your sign-up. I would
rather us not do highly offensive songs that will tick anyone
off. I also don't want a bunch of songs that have been done so
much that most people are sick of them. We can do a few of those
songs, but lets not make a habit of it.
Fifth, follow the rules of your sector. I won't spell those out
here because I went into the details on the sector page. If I
said to include a link to help people, do so. I want to make it
as easy as possible for our members!
Sixth, Use the "Gonna Go Far Kid" or "Shut Up and Kiss Me"
descriptions as a template for your own.
Seventh, Be sure to put our official intro at the start of each
MEP.

IMPORTANT UPDATES!
When uploading a MEP for your sector, use the "Gonna Go Far Kid"
or "Shut up and kiss me" mep descriptions as a template because
I have done those as I'd like them to be set up. Of course it
does not have to be word for word because the theme and such
will change every time, but stick to it as close as you can. You
get one get out of jail free passes where I will fix your
mistake for you, but if you make the same mistake twice, it will
count as a strike against you. This strike will not be the same
as a "late" strike. I have come up with a new system of "leader
strikes". Once you receive two leader strikes, you will be
demoted from your position. You will still be able to be in the
group, you will just be a regular member instead. No harsh
feelings, I just need to be able to not have to worry about
fixing every minor detail.
Also, you MUST include the official intro on every MEP you
upload!
The leader strikes will be kept off of the forum and in a
notepad on my computer. If you get demoted back to member
status, you may climb back up into leadership the same way
members do. Once you complete the required amount of MEP parts
after your demotion, you may go back into leadership if you wish
to do so.
