That's interesting
I am now confused, so there is U23's league, but Bill said there
won't be a Rams U23's team.
Wes might sign for MFC ;D

If you look on the SCEFL site, there is the "Development
League", (divided into East and West) which is basically for the
U23s of a lot of teams. Started this year, I believe.
