       Bill you can buy a Railcard at any Station, just need to show
       proof of your age.

       For a one off payment of £30(which lasts for a year), you get
       1/3 off your train ticket(any time of the day).  As John says,
       just show proof of age, e.g.Birth certificate,passport, driving
       licence.
