Having seen the website, with regard to the Ashford game and the
news of the Season Ticket launch, does this mean that you have
to order a ticket to stand a chance of watching a game, or can
you just turn up on the day/night and pay by cash or card?
Although the new capacity is 400(which is about twice as much as
we average), must you order a ticket to get in? :o
I reckon you could lose a few fans, if the club insist,
especially the older ones, who probably don't want to go down
the "online" route.

I can't see RFC getting 400 at most games, certainly if they
lose too many we will be lucky to get 150 ::)
I agree EKR that some supporters probably don't have access to
pay online. I can understand that the club will have your
contact details for track & trace, but if you pay by card/cash
you could be asked to write your details down to be handed over
at the gate. I wonder if supporters have their temperature
taken?

Thanks for digging around for us and posting that reply from
James. Unfortunately, I'm still confused by what I read on the
RFC twitter page. If you read the article, it states you can buy
tickets at the ground on Tuesday night(What happens if you can't
get there on Tuesday night and is there a limit to how many are
on sale Tuesday night?) OR if you buy a ST, you avoid the need
to pay "online on a weekly basis"
So, does this mean you have to pay online to guarantee getting a
ticket, or can I just turn up on Saturday and pay at the gate?

way I understand it is, buy a ST, and you don't have to buy
anything else. With the restrictions, they would have to include
all STs as being there. Unless of course, all STs have to be at
the ground at a certain time - IMO that would not a
feasable/fair?????

It's alright saying buy a ST but to get the benefit of them, you
must attend every home game. Firstly, what happens if you can't
get to every game and second, what happens if the season is
cancelled due to Covid? Will people get their money back, or
will they be able to get a ST at a reduced price for next year?
If the Rams sold 250 ST, does that mean only 150 people can buy
a ticket for a game?(assuming limit is 400)
What happens if only 150 ST holders turn up on the day and the
club has sold the 150 ticket balance? That means that 100 people
have missed a game and the club has lost the gate money for
those people. :o
Need a definite on this. Still seems vague.
