Hope you both got back ok.
I owe you a cuppa next week! I didn't expect you to pay for the
cab!
You could have come back with me and the missus.
Talking in the clubhouse, the attendance was amended to 507!
All being well. I'll see you on the 18th.

Hi Phil, No problem over the cab fare mate. I won't do that
again with Mick in tow, it was like looking after a 5 year old,
even standing right on the edge of the train platform looking
for the train. I waited for Sandra to collect him. Yes a great
attendance,shame they couldn't have hung on for the win.

I must admit that I had to smile yesterday. When you nipped out
for a smoke st the station,he was moaning about his wifes'
driving to me(!) and said he'll be glad to get back to
driving,when he's finished seeing the doctor!
I hadn't got the heart to say to him,what if the doctor says NO!
I dread to think! :o

Sandra gave me a lift home, she was careful & considerate to
other road uses, the complete opposite to Mick. I did try and
tell him on the train that his driving wasn't good and for
getting lost........I won't go on ;D

Just to make my day, Deal drew 3-3 AET and won 7-6 on
penalties! :o
Scorer of one of the Deal goals was " The Pax".

Don't go north of the Watford Gap! ;D
Have a look on the SCEFL website. There's a 12 min video of the
penalty shoot out! 8)
