Lot of bold talk there! ;D
5 year plan. Conference South!? :o The ground would need to be
developed to meet CS standards and that means a lot of money!
3g pitch? That would need the current pitch to be dug up and
levelled,as you can't play on a 3g pitch which slopes,as the
current grass pitch does. That means a lot of money as well!
Hope his "health"doesn't take a turn for the worst when it
doesn't go to plan ;)
