"No.." Jason said rather shortly; he knew he also needed to give
Tarquin his new Welcome Home Spanking, which was always a part
of the Penny's life, whether they were already given one or not.
"We need to do this, Tarquin.." Jason said as he pulled into the
driveway of his home. "You'll have your room tomorrow, but I can
show you the house, and you can share Arashi's room until the
extension of the house gets built." Jason stated, then ushered
Tarquin into the house. "As long as you mind me and and obey the
rules, you'll be as comfortable as any Penny could be living
here, son."

Tarquin frowned and sighed as he was told no. He got out of the
car and then headed over to the house. He frowned more when he
heard that he was going to share a room but understood and
didn't say anything about being disappointed. "Yes Sir." he said
as he was understanding everything. Even though he was a light
time penny sounded like he landed himself in a very strict
house. He nodded his head as he said that he would be as
comfortable as any penny could be living here."

Judge Jason Morgan was strict and his home was equally as strict
as his courtroom; he believed in a firm hand and firm
discipline, no matter what level of Rejuve or how old the child
was. Now, Jason was going to have three children and it was
going to be a little bit of a challenge to manage them all, but
he knew that he could do it; of course giving them all the
loving discipline they deserved. "Come on.." Jason said as he
started to show Tarquin around the house. "Here's the kitchen
area. I don't want you grabbing food without permission." And
then Jason went to Devlin's room, and then Arashi's room.
"Devlin's the Voluntaras. You may be older and only a light term
Penny, but don't be going into his room or mine without
permission. Here's the room you'll have to share for a day or
so.."

Tarquin knew better than to go into any room with out
permission. He sighed when he heard that he couldn't just grab
food but he nodded. "Yes Sir." He looked inside the room that he
was going to be sharing for a few days and nodded. It wasn't a
bad room. "Yes Sir." He then sighed as he continued to listen.
He was still not happy with not being able to go to the home
that he was use to and the rules that he was use to.

"No. It's not a bad room or a bad home." Jason looked at Tarquin
and continued into Arashi's room. Once the two of them were
completely inside, Jason slowly closed the door in over to have
some privacy. In the room were all the things that Tarquin would
have seen before; the stool, the brush, and the Helper Paddle.
"I think you'll be a big influence on the other boys.." Jason
finally said audibly, "..they aren't bad, but I think having an
older boy in the house that follows the rules will prove to make
a positive role model for them." Jason knew it would, but that
mostly depended on Tarquin and his behavior. "We need to take
care of something now, son.."

Tarquin made it all the way into the room and felt his heart
stop as the door was closed. He licked his lip a little and
gulped when he was told they had to take care of something. He
really wished they didn't have to. He thought back to when he
had his first welcome home spanking and he shivered and his
other parents wasn't as buff as this dude was and he was about
to get another welcome home spanking and he didn't think this
was going to end very well for his bottom. He closed his eyes
and took a breath. "Please I already had a welcome home spanking
before."

"You're in a new home with a new family, and there's new rules
that you need to follow, so there's a new Welcome Home
Spanking..." Jason was firm and absolute with his decision;
there was no way around it, Tarquin was going to get his
spanking one way or another, and Jason hoped that it was the
easier way. Taking the stool that was normally used for
something else, Jason moved it into the middle of the room and
sat down, then looked up at the young teen and said sternly,
"Pants and briefs off, Tarquin. You know the drill."

Tarquin was not happy with hearing that. He frowned and took a
deep breath. He wanted to tell the man no and then not do it.
But he knew better than to do that. He gulped a little not
looking forward to this and then slowly started to unbutton his
pants and then he hooked his thumbs in his pants and lowered
them to the floor and then stepped out of them. He then slowly
made his way over to Jason. Clearly not liking this but knowing
better than to fight it.

Jason knew that Tarquin was fully aware of what was expected of
him; he also knew that Tarquin heard him say he wanted his pants
and briefs both off completely. He was an older boy, so Jason
was going to give him a chance and at least allow him to undress
himself, but he had been very specific on what he wanted, and
Jason was already starting to get frustrated with the boy. "Did
you HEAR what I had said, boy??! I said pants AND briefs. Do you
want extra on top of what you're already certain to get??!"
Jason waited, hands on his hips, not at all happy with Tarquin
now.

Tarquin shook his head no quickly. "No Sir I don't." He said
not meaning to give a little attitude but couldn't help it when
he was threatened with more spanking. With a bit of a huff he
took down his briefs and then stepped out of both of them and
gave his white bottom a rub knowing that soon it wouldn't be
white for long. "Sorry I just didn't think." He said back
peddling a little bit.
