Tarquin's Special Circumstances

Called out of his chambers, Jason was in between court sessions
when the Department of Housing and Placement called, saying that
there was a unique situation which they needed his presence for.
Jason was often eager to oblige with either legal or advisory
type duties around the courthouse and other government
departments. This wasn't exactly one of those situations as he
discovered when he arrived. Jason quickly was brought up to
speed on a situation where a Penny, a fourteen year old, needed
to be transferred because... for some reason... their parent was
no longer able to take care of them. Jason was taken to where
the boy was waiting, and hopefully waiting for a decision to be
made about his fate. "Hello, I'm Judge Morgan. What's your
name?"

Tarquin sighed as he sat there in the hall way waiting. He
wasn't happy but he understood that the ones that was taking car
of him suddenly had to get rejuved due to the wreck they was in.
It was an emergency situation. He didn't like it as he didn't
know where he was going to be placed and that frightened him a
little bit. He was sitting there when this big looking dude
walked up to him. He slowly stood up and then licked his lips as
he spoke. He was taught about respect early on so he knew he had
to be respectful but he was nervous that was for sure. But right
now wasn't a time for his mouth specially in a courthouse. "H.
Hi my name is Tarquin I'm 13."

Standing before Tarquin, Jason looked him over as he stood up;
he seemed like a fine young man and well taken care of. He
nodded as the boy greeted him and even smiled a little, thinking
to himself that the boy must have had some time to get used to
being rejuvenated and taught his manners already, and that was a
plus. "Tarquin, hm." Jason said softly, then scanned the boy
again with his eyes, "You seem to be in a little bit of a
dilemma, boy. Your parent needed to be medically rejuvenated and
now you are without anyone to take care of you." Jason was just
repeating information that the boy already knew, but he was just
trying to gauge the boy and see how he would react to him. "I
think I may have a solution for you, but there are some
conditions of course...."

Tarquin sighed and kinda rolled his eyes. He knew all this and
didn't wanna be reminded of it. He wished there was a way that
he didn't have to transfer to someone else. What if they was
stricter than the parents that had to be rejuved what if they
spanked him all the time or something. He was a soft time penny
so he didn't get the spankings just because. He sighed and
looked up at the man again. "What's the conditions Sir?" He
asked still being respectful, Cause he did know better than not
to be. But sometimes the attitude and stuff came from being a
teenager.

After having read the boys file, Jason knew all about him and
knew that he was a soft time Penny as opposed to a hard time
Penny, but also knew that in a few years he'd have to be
rejuvenated back in order to fulfill his sentence. Jason was
more than willing to work with him, but of course that meant
that the boy also had to follow his rules whether he was a soft
time penny or not. Jason was about to say something, but noticed
that the boy had rolled his eyes and so instead Jason said,
"That.. Rolling your eyes. Boy, you may be older and you may
only be serving a soft time sentence, but if you are to be under
MY roof, you WILL follow my rules and you WILL be respectful."
Jason noted that the boy had done a good job in the beginning,
but slipped a little with the rolling of his eyes, "The
conditions are just that, that you must follow my rules, and
also I have two other sons already, a Voluntaras and a Hard Time
Penny."

Tarquin sighed and looked down as he was told about his rolling
eyes. "Sorry Sir." He said in a respectful tone. He bit his lip
as he listened to the man he then nodded his head. "Yes Sir." he
said as he sighed again still looking down. He wondered what the
other two boys was like. He then nibbled the inside of his cheek
as he kept himself thinking about things. "Why cant they just
rejuve my other parents to like an older age so I can go back
with them?" This man looked and sounded way stricter then his
last parents. Just by the short lecture he got over rolling his
eyes.

"The system doesn't work that way, boy." Jason said as he
replied to Tarquin. He was pleased with the way he was behaving
and hoped that if he decided to add Tarquin to his family that
maybe he would end up being a positive influence on the other
two. Jason would leave it up to Tarquin though, but he wouldn't
have a lot of choices in the matter. "So it's up to you. If you
can follow my rules and mind me, then I'd be happy to add you to
our family. What do you think, boy?" Jason scanned the boy again
and waited for his answer; he certainly didn't think that he'd
have an opportunity to have yet another child, but he was more
than willing to take care of young Tarquin.

Tarquin sighed as he made a face he didn't like the fact the
system didn't work that way. "Well it should." He said with a
bit of an attitude. He sighed again as he thought about it while
looking at the floor. He slowly nodded his head. "I guess I can
live with those conditions. Umm will I get another welcome home
spanking cause I'm going some where new?" He asked he really
wasn't looking forward to that again if that was the case. He
went back to nibbling on his lip as he waited for that answer.

Jason smiled a little when he heard that he would accept those
conditions. Of course, what this meant was that Jason would have
to contact the local Construction Authoriy and have them install
another section of his home, but with the age of technology,
that would only take a day or two to complete. Jason's smile was
a little short lived as he heard what sounded like attitude
coming from Tarquin; he looked sternly at what would be his new
son and said, "I think a Welcome Home Spanking would be good for
you, boy. I also need to remind you apparently that I don't
tolerate smart mouthes or attitude." Jason made a motion with
his hand for the boy to sit back down as he went over to the
administrator to finish up the paperwork; of course if Tarquin
continued to give attitude or disrespect, Jason wouldn't be
opposed to giving his new son a taste of what he'd get right
there.

Tarquin growled a little as he was told to sit down. He didn't
know why it was so upsetting. But this whole situation was
upsetting for the boy. He wasn't trying to give attitude but it
was apparent that the boy was upset. Not at Jason but at his
situation. "I'm not trying to give attitude. Its just...." He
shut his mouth and took a seat where he was told. He sat up a
little to where his arms was rested on his legs and his hands
folded together. He sighed and was saying some stuff under his
breath about how unfair this all was.
