He was grateful not to go to a prison cell tonight but he
wondered what the judge had on his mind. He cringed as the man
called him a Penitatas
" It's Ara i mean arashi david. "He replied softly. He
didn't give his last name though that might get some of the
others in trouble if they tracked them down threw contact with
his family. Since it was his own family who shot and left him
for dead. He felt him tug at his loose clothing. " what are you
doing?" He asked fearfully.

Although he was grateful to the boy for having saved his life,
there was a job he needed to do now; even if it meant doing the
dirty work himself. "Something which you are going to have to
get used to again..." Jason said firmly, then took hold of the
loose fitting clothes and bared his bottom, then hauled him
across his lap. Although it wasn't that common for judges to do
their own spanking (unless it's a Judicial Paddling) Judge Jason
Morgan felt as though this one required a little bit of personal
attention. "You're... to NOT... splice... or HACK... into any...

arashi gasped in surprised as his loose clothing came down quick
as a wink and he found himself firmly over the judges lap. He
started to yelp as the man's hand descended onhis bare
unprotected bottom " owwwww no stoppp ohh owww pleaseee it
hurtsss don'tttt. " He protested loudly as the hand keep
descending across his bottom and he wiggled on the mans lap. "

"Corse it hurts. You were naughty, and naughty boys get
spanked." Jason Morgan was neither easy nor light when it came
to spanking; he believed in it and practiced it every
opportunity he had available to him. Looking down at the young
pale bottom, Jason knew that if he had no choice, he would take

Arashi started to cry owwwwww owwww wiggles and kicks as the
hand firmly comes down on his bare bottom turning it red with
each new smack of his hand. He relalized that the judge did not
play when he spanked on no man it was hard. " owwwwwwwwwwww
yeowwwwww yess Sir no splicinnnngg goverment computerss got it.
I won't do it againnnnn. " his bottom felt like it was on fire
and he was sure that this was only a small demonstration of what
could and may still happen to him. specially if he being
sentanced as a penny. " Pleaseeee Stoppp" He begged softly
knowing it might not do any good but the child inside couldn't
stop from begging.

The spanking continued, relentless as Judge Jason Morgan usually
was in the courtroom, he certainly showed it now as he was
spanking the young boy. His bottom was small and easy to spank;
the judge had no problems keeping the young boy on his lap as
his hand continued to punish him for his crimes. As soon as he
heard the boy's cries, he stopped though; rested his hand gently
on the boy's burning bottom, then spoke firmly, "I, as your
judge, Arashi David, am going to sentence you now. I am
sentencing you to 3x 7 to 9, and to live with me. I am sure that
by the time your sentence is up, you'll not only have a clear
understanding of what you did, but also have a very tender and
conditioned bottom, little boy."

Arashi sobbed softly when he heard the sentence. Nine years of
getting his bottom spanked soundly before he was allowed to grow
up again. it was terrible and he was nervous enough as it was.
good thing thought he was already seven he didn't have to go
threw that process again awake just yet not till he reaches nine
again and starts all over. " Yes Sir" He wiggles more over the
mans lap his bottom burning and unable to argue or fight the
judge surely he wasn't that stupid not in this position anyways.
He already knew this man had a powerful hand and things didn't
look well for him.

It would definitely be life changing for Arashi along with
Jason; he'd been given one son already and now he had a second
one; although the first was a Voluntaras; this one was a
Penitatas and somewhat of a special circumstance; he didn't have
the courts like he would have normally, but he would make sure
that the right paperwork got filed and everything was in order.
He was a man of influence and power, and could something like
this without any complaint. "So right now, we're going to get
you redressed and we're going to go home, then we're going to go
over the rules of the house, little boy. Any questions?" Jason
gently rubbed the sore and tender flesh as he waited for the
boy's answer before bringing him back onto his feet.

arashi cried softly over the judges lap as it sunk in about what
he was gonna experience."Yes Sir" He started to calm down and
then asked the dreaded question. " What are the special days?"
He heard horrible stories about these special days. He knew as a
penny he would have to deal with them though there was no
avoiding any of this. He was to small to escape and apparently
his companions left him to his fate. He gulped nervously as he
was stood back on his feet. He wiped his eyes as the judge
helped him get dressed again in the clothing that was a little
big on him.

"Oh, special days?" Jason was very well versed with special
days, particularly with birthdays, Christmas, and Easter. "You
will know soon enough, Penitatas." With a stern voice and a firm
grip, Jason lifted the boy back to his feet and helped him with
his clothes; they were a little too big for him, but they'd do
until they got home, and even if they came off it wouldn't have
been that bad since the boy was a Penny after all. "We'll have
to find clothes for you. Come on, it's time to go home."
