Shiru's sentance

Shiru stood by his lawyer as they went over the evidence. He
looked at the judge nervously. He had heard that he pulled a
hard judge but luckily he is only a minor petty thief. He knew
though that any crime no matter how petty got a stiff sentence
and he was old enough to know better then to do foolish stuff
like this. He looked again at the Judge and nibbled his bottom
lip in a nervous habit. He knew the judge brow was raise in
though as he watched him look over the papers before him. Shiru
stayed silent though he didn't wanna make this any worse then
it was gonna be.

Judge Jason Morgan looked over the evidence before him and it
didn't look very good. Even though Petty Thievery wasn't quite
as bad as some of the other cases that he would get before him;
a decision still had to be made. Morgan looked over at the adult
male before clearing his throat and speaking in a deep, dark
tone of voice that the whole entire courtroom could hear his
ruling on this matter. "Shiru Alexander, I find you guilty of
the crime of Petty Thievery; in order to prevent you from doing
this again and giving you an adequate punishment, I hereby
sentence you to 3 times 6 to 8; where you'll be treated as a
Hard Time Penitata. Any questions?" Judge Morgan was already
beginning to call upon Security to escort the convict to the
Rejuvenation Chamber, even before they had a chance to respond.

Shiru's face fell but he shook his head he had not question.
But inside his mind he was screaming no way not six to eight.
I'll be a little kid again it will take forever to grow up. but
he didn't voice any of it out-loud cause the judge could make it
worse. He felt the bailiff take his arm and excourt him from the
courtroom to the rejuve chamber. He didn't fight him as some
rejuvenates would he was still to much in shock at his sentance
that he just followed obediently. But that was good for him
cause those that struggle usely get spanked the second they get
out the machine at their new age after they checked over of
course.

Judge Morgan was very surprised that the young man didn't give
him any resistance or any mouth about his decision; a lot of
those which he convicted and sentenced with Rejuve would cause a
commotion, which would of course cause them to FEEL the
consequences once the procedure was done, but this was not the
case with this one. Morgan nodded as the bailiff had escorted
the young man out; he knew it would just be a matter of moments
before he returned, a bright and dashing young six year old. He
had to find a suitable parent, so he looked through the list
which he had and then found one that would be perfect. "Blaine
Jasper? Is Blaine Jasper in the courtroom today?"

Blaine had been sitting in the court room as he was informed
that he would be having to knew penny's today. He sat there as
he watched the offender be carted off and the judge then call
his name. He stood up. "Yes your Honor I am Blaine Jasper." He
said as he made his way to isle and then walked up to the
podium. He then waited to see just what the Judge was going to
say to him. He stood there respectfully in a suit and tie as he
waited for the judge.

Honestly, Judge Morgan didn't really expect Blaine Jasper to be
so young, but nodded as soon as the man approached his podium.
Judge Morgan was known as one of the harder judges and had very
high expectations for his courtroom and the decorum therein;
everyone had to respect his authority and his courtroom. "Mister
Jasper. I see your application for a Penny. You're in luck. The
convict which was just escorted to the Rejuvenation Chamber is
in need of a home. Do you think you can provide an adequate home
for a six year old boy?"

Blaine listened to the judge and then nodded his head. He made
sure that he was respectful and he dressed accordingly, He had
heard about this judge and knew that he was a hard one and was
very up to everything having and being with in the laws and
lines. "Yes your Honor I can indeed provide an adequate home for
the penny. I am also the school teacher." He stated not sure if
the Judge was aware of his job. But to let him know that he was
around all kinds of 6 year olds as well as Penny's and others.

Shiru slowly walked back holding the hand of the baliff. he
gulped nervously as he got back to the judges courtroom and saw
him in the front talking to another man. He wonder if that was
gonna be the one that was going to be his new parent. He waited
in the back of the courtroom with the baliff as he waited for
the judge to call him over. But he waited patiently he didn't
wanna add anything more to the trouble he was already in so he
waited nice and quietly. Course he was still suffering from
shock of being changed suddenly to a six year old but the nurse
said it was a normal condition and it would wear off in a few
days and it wouldn't save him from the welcome home spanking
that all pennies receive.

Jason nodded as soon as Blaine answered him. He was glad that he
was a school teacher; Jason figured that those skills would come
in handy in dealing with this Penny. "Very well." Judge Morgan
said just as a much younger Shiru came back into the courtroom.
"And there he is." Jason had a smile on his face as he saw that
he had been changed and was now only just a six year old child.
"Mister Jasper, meet Shiru; Shiru, this is your new Dad, Mister
Blaine Jasper. I expect you to treat him respectfullly and know
your place as a Penny. And Mister Blaine, I expect you to treat
young Shiru the way that any Penny would be treated. I trust you
know the guidelines and rules regarding punishment." Judge
Morgan looked to both, then nodded once more, saying, "If
there's no questions, then you both are free to go."

Blaine smiled at the Judge and then turned to look at the now
much younger Shiru and nodded his head and then turned his
attention back to the judge as he addressed him once again. "Yes
your Honor I sure do." he stated knowing the guidelines and then
regulations on spanking and punishments for the penny's. He then
turned to leave stopping and taking the young penny's hand and
taking him from the bailiff and heading out the court room. "You
ready for you new life as well as the welcome home when we get
there Shiru?" He asked as they walked.
