       Annual Fleet Report II

       I have to say that everything looks exceptional. In just over
       two weeks we will have completed all tiers of all bases
       including the starbase! We couldn't have done this without all
       of you. The Sister Fleet is now underway actively recruiting
       along-side our very own KDF Fleet Ravagers of Starfleet.
       Provisions are exceptional and the bank is where it should be
       with just over 80 mil EC's. Special thanks to my First Officer
       Guin, whom during my absence picked up the slack with ease.
