       Fleet Commander Duties and Privileges
       This is a list of duties and privileges of Raiders of Starfleet
       Commanders (rank 6).
       DUTIES
       • Have a kind and polite behavior with all Raiders.
       • Help other Raiders answering their questions or assisting them
       during missions (if and when possible).
       • Attend ALL Fleet Meetings (when real life permitting,
       exceptions are noted)
       • Manage fleet projects according to the Projects Manager and
       Starbase/Embassy/Mine/Spire/Lab message of the day.
       • Promote/Demote other Raiders according to the procedures.
       • Report all violations of rules to @devildrone or @baltarius666
       PRIVILEGES
       • Authorization to plan and manage Fleet Events.
       • Authorization to withdraw a large daily stipend from the Fleet
       Bank.
       • Authorization to send fleet mails about everything related to
       Star Trek and our fleet. All Fleet Mails sent from Commanders
       must be authorized through @devildrone or @baltarius666
       beforehand, due to the Limit On Sending Fleet Mails(once per day
       per fleet)
