       Should New Fleet Members Be Required To Join The Forum?

       As we progress the Fleet we wish to extend a helping hand as
       well as have a place to make decisions and have discussions... I
       think that the Forum is very important, but there are about 300
       of us so I will leave this decision up to the Fleet. This is
       kind of a catch22 since you have to join the forum to cast your
       vote....
