       DECISIONS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE

       This Topic while important can not be changed. These are
       Decisions that I, Another Leader or Fleet Admiral, or The
       Leadership Council have already made. This Topic is just for
       catching up if anyone wants to look over the history of the
       fleet. This will take a while to compile as we have made many
       decisions since I have taken over the fleet.

       Three Month Evaluations.
       
       Since I have taken over the fleet, I have seen many in-active
       members and for quite some time as well. I started the
       Evaluations 9(nine) months ago and have obviously had three
       evaluation sets. We are now down to about 300 members and I
       still have another set of Evaluations coming up at the end of
       January. We have evicted anyone who has been in-active more than
       two years with no contact during the first Evaluation. During
       the second Evaluation I evicted anyone who had been in-active
       for two years with no contact and the third Evaluation that just
       passed left everyone who is active or who has been in-active
       over a year but less than two. During the next set of
       Evaluations I will be evicting EVERYONE who has been in-active
       over a year with no contact. This is not done begrudgingly. It
       is done to ensure the advancement and continuation of our mighty
       fleet. I also give every member that I evict a two week period
       to get in touch with me before the eviction. If there is no
       contact during or by the end of that two week period then that
       person is evicted from the fleet. If someone decides to return
       after an eviction of this sort they are allowed to rejoin the
       fleet at the rank they were at before they were evicted (I copy
       those down before I evict).
       *If there was a personal issue or problem that caused your
       eviction than to re-join the fleet you must first get a
       unanimous vote from all Fleet Admirals. If all agree then you
       may re-join the fleet. However you will start back at Cadet
       because of the issue that caused your eviction. (i.e.
