       Why do I get a "Disabled Region" message when registering for an
       ARC/STEAM/STO account?
       Arc and Perfect World Entertainment products are unavailable in
       the following regions:
       •China
       •Cuba
       •Egypt
       •Hong Kong
       •Iran
       •Macau
       •South Korea
       •Syria
       •Taiwan
       •Vietnam
