       Unable to authenticate/Timing Out

       Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed
       out
       I encountered this and my launcher would not load. This event
       came after a crash followed by a blue screen, not all will
       experiance the same but the launcher timing out is still the end
       result. I tried several things and this took me a while
       (i.e.-verifying game files and such) only to find a much easier
       quicker method most of you know this but for those that dont "Go
       to your games and right click on star trek online got down to
       properties ---> local files ---> verify integrity of game cache
       it should scan the game and locate your missing files...

       I am still encountering this error from time to time and it
       always seems to be the same two missing files. The fix that I
       mentioned above however still
       works, it just apparrently has to be re-applied each time the
       error pops up. *will figure out which files these are and post
       them*
