       Effect: reduce opp gs by half and x2 my hp
       Description: The sky becomes dark with thunder booming and
       lightening flashing. Castragon then flies into the sky concealed
       within the clouds. Then the clouds all start moving in a cicular
       motion moving towards where Castragon hid. After some time a
       fast moving blast made of lightening combined with laser with
       the sound similar to the flap of a thousand birds, just the way
       kakashi "chidori" sounds heads fron the skies to the location of
       the opp in an order to electrocute and weaken severely the opp.
