       Effect: decrease opp hp by half and prevent opp from activating
       cards
       Description: Castrogorn flies to the sky then, a mysterious huge
       portal opens on top of the opp and glaciers of different sizes
       rain upon the opponent. Then the glacier fall on top of each
       other forming an ice cage for the opp where in the ice cage, opp
       abilities are limited.
