       Card type :monster card
       Used for : Electratoid, Sonic starfire.
       Amount of P :
       Effect : decreases opponent p by 10. And doubles my last
       effect/Negates opponent card/effect
       Describe: Starfire brings out the weapons(axe and a spikey
       hammer) from his gaunlet and uses it as a battle weapon.
