       Sit script.

       Basically this script allows you sit on chairs that are part of
       the world, not props.
       However it also sits on anything, heck even a player's head!
       That's the downside.
       You should add it because it allows the player to sit on couches
       and cushions, like one in the hotel! (I think.)
