This configuration of political force largely erased the
distinctions between left and right and between the different
interests and visions that coexist among citizens. However,
according to this interpretation, the moment of dispute between
"above" and "below" has ended and, in its place, the classic
disputes between the left and the right have returned. It is
interesting, in this sense, that according to some surveys the
Rejection was associated with the fight against drug trafficking
and economic growth, while the Approve was linked to the
redistribution of wealth through social rights, attributes
typically associated with the right and the left, respectively.
What this perspective implies is that the Phone Number List

Constitution would be “to the right” of
the average voter, while the failed constitutional proposal
would be to their left. This would explain the strength of the
“reject to renew” and “approve to reform” options and would
ensure that the plebiscite was won in the center of the
political spectrum. Thus, the main deficit of the constituent
process would have been the lack of agreements on some key
issues, such as the political system, with the right of the
Convention.

In line with this vision, 77% of those surveyed declared that
they preferred that the conventional parties negotiate
agreements, even if it meant giving in on some issues and, at
the same time, 61% perceived that the conventional parties had
not given in their positions. On the other hand, electoral
disputes take place in several simultaneous axes. It is
perfectly possible for the same voter to have positions further
to the left on one axis (for example, on social rights) and
further to the right on another (for example, on
plurinationality). In this sense, it is possible that what the
support for intermediate positions reflects is that on some
issues people are "to the left" and in others "to the right" of
each text.
