Overwhelming Anxiety

Anxiety is not a good feeling. Being misunderstood because of it
just makes life seem so much worse or harder than it really is.

Anxiety usually sets in with symptoms of trembling of hands and
feet and laborious breathing. It is the fear of unknown, most
probably could be psychological, imagined fear which increases
in severity with negative thoughts. While there are numerous
methods to calm your mind, practicing yoga is a good remedy to
have a lasting effect on your lifestyle.

I found help with Transcendental Meditation. My anxiety issues
even with day to day activities was hindering my work life.
Actually any form of meditation helps to calm our mind.

I have taken up gardening and I have been able to cope up with
my anxiety issues. I did take medication initially but I have
been able to reduce the dosage over time.
