Investing in REITs, Real Estate Investment Funds

Hey guys,
I have been investing in REITs for the past 4 years, but took a
pause due to the pandemic situation. However, I see that many
hyper malls are getting converted into warehouses and some
REITs, such as Brookfield, are into an acquisition spree. Do
you think the situation would be in favor once the pandemic is
over?

Everybody is wishing that the scenario will change post
Covid-19. I have this strong feeling that people will accept the
lockdown changes as the new normal and if that is the case,
there will be drastic changes on many fronts. REITs could be
one of them.

That's great to know. However, I am apprehensive about the
growth of the REITs given the WFH culture spreading across the
world. Read somewhere that Google saved nearly 1 billion
because of the WFH
