Online Tutoring ..... A big stress for parents and students

Due to closure of schools and online tutoring during this
pandemic has put a great stress on parents. Especially parents
who are working from home. Children are stressed out being
confined to their screens for online tutoring.

Quite true but it would be great if parents and children make
use of this current situation to spend quality time with family.

Can someone suggest simple eye exercises to cope up with the
excessive screen time and eye fatigue in children.

Children should be encouraged to play in the open, more of
physical playing rather than on their devices. We can find
tutorial for eye exercise on Youtube. It is better to consult
an ophthalmologist before starting any exercises or vitamins for
children.

Homeschooling is commonplace in my community. While this is
relevant in some counties and states, for the most part, it is
not a big deal

In homeschooling the parents act as full time teachers and
unlike online tutoring where it is more like a virtual school
with children glued to their devices.
