       Ok man first off there is a Off Topic category, you dont need to
       create a Off Topic Titled post, if you wanna talk stuff such as,
       Football, etc. create a topic on this post called "NFL" or
       whatever you wanna talk about, but just dont post something that
       is already in the category! Locked!
