Exactly, Phenom...All this is, is an argument between marks,
Lol. There are negative things to say about Hardy, like how he
allegedly ''burned down his house, and killed his dog'' or even
that entire CM Punk shoot, but the main argument here isn't
about personal life, it's about what happens on these shows we
watch. I obviously know that every guy that's pushed isn't
''good'' (See Jack Swagger, Sheamus, and The Great Khali), but I
just feel like Hardy is. Oh, and of course I'm a Hardy
       mark....I'm not denying that. Lol
But you're a John Morrison mark too ;D

With all due respect to you SuperDX, Hardy is no where near
wrestler of the year or wrestler of anything for that matter.
The dude's title reign was shit. It did nothing for ratings,
buyrates, ect. The majority of the matches in said title reign
were beyond horrible. Making Jeff Hardy the champion (especially
with the whole drug thing) was just a silly ass thing for TNA to
do. As for Morrison being wrestler/superstar of the year, that's
arguable. I'm inclined to agree with Josh that Punk is the man
on RAW right now. The dude has been having some awesome moments
on RAW. He's delivered some damn good promos. Punk also has the
in-ring talent. I think 2011 could definetly be CM Punk's year.
2011 could also be Morrison's year too. I just hope WWE doesn't
       give up on him.

i love cm punk as much as the next guy but he is doing NOTHING
for me as the leader of nexus. if they wanted nexus to disband
and put barrett on his own.. then that's what they should have
did. barrett and the original nexus had a plan. we never really
got around to hearing what the "big picture" was but at least we
knew they were anti-establishment. it made sense that they would
follow barrett around because they shared the same ideas and
they had common goals. what is punk doing for these guys? they
aren't straight edge.. i see no indication of them wanting to be
"saved"..and lets be real... the whole thing makes them look
ridiculous because cm punk JUST got done with the ses group in
which he didn't help elevate anyone in the group at all..
wouldn't nexus have seen this play out already? wouldn't they
know punk is all about himself and using others? it's stupid..
just like it was retarded for barrett to trust punk in the cage
match.. the very guy who would have benefited the most from
barrett not winning the match.. it's horrible booking and punk's
promos have not been engaging at all.. they've been cringeworthy
at best. if there was anything intriguing about the angle i
would be the first to say it. punk was on fire in the ses and he
was on fire on commentary but not here. im not even blaming him
really more than I'm blaming creative for beating a dead horse
and making everyone involved look like morons in the process.
best part was gabriel and slater saying "you know what, fuck
       outta here.." and left.

Jeff Hardy probably is not the best "wrestler" ever, but he does
a great job in getting a reaction from the crowd and that is
what wrestling is about. Jeff Hardy in WWE was such a huge
babyface that they were almost forced to give him the world
title. Jeff Hardy is not the best worker nowadays and I much
prefer his WWE run from 2006-2009 where he put on good/great
matches with guys like CM Punk, Triple H, Edge, John Morrison,
and Umaga. But no need to hate on Hardy IMO.

I do actually hope this is the year for Punk, while I do agree
that the entire premise of putting the belt on a man that was
possibly going to jail from TNA was a Vince Russo/Scott Hall
type swerve. I only said that as a huge mark comment, and it
spiraled into all of this. Lol.
I blame the writer(s). (Vince Russo, and his fuckbuddy Ed
       Fererra)
Vince Russo: ''I am sick of writing fake wrestling for a fake
       wrestling show''
I do think that Morrison should be put in the title spot
immediately, but I have no idea why they let The Miz win that
match 2 weeks ago on RAW. Now, Like before when Morrison lost to
Hardy, he's drifting back into the Mid Carder scene, while WWE
obviously don't have shit to give to him, except booking him vs.
Sheamus for the 10,000th time. They had a nice series of
matches, but anyone would get bored easily seeing the same match
       5 times.

Sheamus vs. John Morrison matches seem to get better and better.
They have really good chemistry in the ring.
I think they are just taking their time with John Morrison and I
know that he will be a world champion in the future. Maybe by
the end of this year or next year, but I know John Morrison is
going to win it. If I had to choose someone for Miz to drop the
belt to it would definitely be John Morrison. Also, WWE needs to
book Miz better. Miz should be one of the main stars of the
show, but it's still John Cena and Nexus. It seems more like CM
Punk is the top heel on RAW then The Miz and when Miz is the
champion and suppose to be the future, that is a problem.

Wrestling is about making money and getting ratings and all that
stuff. Hardy hasn't done any of that in TNA. And again, his
matches during his reign were horrible for the most part. I just
didn't see the reason of giving him the title. If him being in
trouble for the drug stuff wasn't bad enough, the dude also did
nothing for ratings, buyrates, crowd attendance, ect. And even
in WWE, Hardy was never really that good a wrestler. He was a
spot monkey, more or less. I personally feel that alot of people
loved him b/c he jumped off of shit..not b/c he was uber
talented in the ring or mic.

In WWE, he made a lot of money for the company and for himself
and most people aren't going to really watch TNA anymore cause
it's just a crappy company atm. But if Jeff Hardy returned at
the Royal Rumble or something, you bet he would get one of the
loudest pops of the night. Spot monkey or not, he still was over
and had some entertaining matches and feuds. He definitely
wasn't the best mat wrestler or the best talker ever, but he had
a charisma about him that people liked and people wanted him to
       succeed.

I never said the dude wasn't popular in WWE. I said he didn't do
shit for TNA. And his TNA reign was nothing short of shitty. And
yeah the dude was a spot monkey that I still feel got cheered,
not b/c he was charismatic (which he really wasn't IMO..his
promos are examples of that) but b/c he jumped off of shit.
Personally, I never saw the appeal of Jeff Hardy. The dude was
and still is one of the most overrated people in the history of
the business. No disrespect to the Hardy fans here. But I just
       never cared for the dude.
