Backstage Update - Brock Lesnar's WWE Return?

Since last week's RAW where Brock Lesnar's name was mentioned
multiple times during the broadcast, Vince McMahon has been
telling creative team members and at least one top star that he
believes there is still a good chance the former WWE Champion
will appear at WrestleMania XXVII.
Nonetheless, most feel there is no chance of it happening and
UFC president Dana White also says it isn't going to happen.
With that being said, Vince McMahon still feels there is a
chance and nobody is stupid enough to tell him otherwise.
We'll see soon enough.

I say this looks bad on the WWE. Obviously Wrestlemania has
always had an element of "celebrity" involvement, but this just
makes it appear as if the current wrestlers just don't cut it.
Once again, I look at The Miz as champ. The optics would be even
stranger to have a current champ with minimal ring skills and an
average physique be shown up by a former champ with legit ring
skills and an awesome physique. Another sad commentary on the
era that the WWE is in; it's as if fans are watching AAA
baseball and a Major Leaguer comes to town to play, very
briefly, before heading back to the big time. In my opinion,
they need to lose the gimmick Main Events at Wrestlemania. Stick
with the guys who are currently on the roster and build them a
feud to settle at the big event.

Agreed. This indeed is a huge slap to the face to the WWE
roster, but I really can't blame them, when you have something
like WM26, which IMO, wasn't WM material, minus Taker vs.
Michaels 2.

Why does WWE want Brock Lesnar so badly? Just so they can make
him job to Cena? :P

I think a Lesnar return would be awesome.
It sucks he left in the first place imo.
