       YT Uploads

       I saw this when I went over to the upload section of the site.
       Just like it says here, you can now upload videos beyond 15
       minutes. The videos still have to be 2GB though.

       I saw this as well this morning. It could be legit, or Youtube
       trying to catch the people who post Avatar and Inception all
       over YT. I thought it was because of a certain number of video
       views, though.
