Honestly, this ''remastering'' has made the art looks more
modern, but Piccolo, has a weirdly shaped head, and there are
some really stupid parts to this OVA. Like I mentioned, this was
very rushed. Rushed to the fact that Funimation didn't have
time/didn't care, to dub this.

Once the Raging Blast 2 sales hit 1 Million, there's very little
doubt that this movie will be released on DVD and Bluray,
dubbed, by Funi.
