       ok so you already know you caN SPWAN STUFF..SO ANY WAYS..YOU CAN
       SPWAN ITEMS THAT DROP AT KBD AND CORP.BEAST..FOR INSTANCE DO
       ::ITEM 13004-BLOSSED SPIRIT SHEILD..

       You cannot spawn any rares. It's coded so when someone tries to
       spawn it, the server simply is coded to ignore it and do
       nothing.
       Only the hoster and the owner can spawn those items.
       The Blessed spirit shield is probably overlooked just like the
       Zamarok statue spawning.
