Our forum could be better

First u have to understand me why am saying this:
We are now one of the strongest faction on dragon server (imo
lemonade is the best atm but it's just about money/AD, time will
fix it). But our forum looks very very noob. Am not blaming
anybody am just saying this for improvement. There is not much
activity, I connect offten and I only see something like 4 ppls
a day who has connected. Our forum is our image especially for
new members. We need to keep it clean and beautifull, if we want
to keep new good players and if we wanna maximise "giving
advices efficiency" to new noob players, we need to keep it
alive as much as possible.We are many players from different
time zones and we can't share enough offten our knowledge to
other timezone ppls. And for having more activity on a guild
forum we need to motivate ppls to go offten on it. For this, the
forum has to be clear/beautifull.
As an example with an active forum we could plan Gg runs with
10->20 purple ppls. We will be all on the same instance. Because
we would have ppls saying on a topic when they are available for
a specific Gg run and they will connect when it's the time. It
will be tones of fun for us to be like 15 ppls from the same
faction on a Gauntlgrym run. We would be able to plane real
2/4*5 squad strats with everyone on vent. That would be rly
different and more efficient than 10/20 ppls running after each
other for cap the same tower.
As an other example for plane a full CN run, I know I will have
more chance to do it if I use my friend list than to put an hour
where I will be on, one day before on forum. But if we think to
new players who don't spend 8 hours a day on the game. They
just can't do it unless they have the luck to found a spot 10 mn
before the run on faction chat.
This kind of things are really harder to organize, if we don't
have a really active forum.
If we need money for a better forum, I am up for participate.
And believe me or not, I am really poor so I have locked my
paypal account for prevent me to spend money when am drunk or
stone and very hot ^^.
But I can give to the guild a kind of participation in zhen
bought with AD or just with AD. If we are enough to do it we can
replenish the money spent by one of us who wanna improve his
stuff. Instead of buy zhen he will just have the same amount of
zhen and pay the website.
