       Clan Bank Policies

       Puffinbank is located on at the fountain in the castle. Several
       times throughout the day while he is on, he will announce that
       the bank is open and if anyone needs anything. Please try to
       refrain from asking before he says the bank is open. This is
       also a good time to deposit any items that you have picked up
       that you dont need. This could be frags, upgrade items, pages,
       anything and everything is appreciated. Keep in mind, the more
       you give, the more you will eventually get.
       DO NOT ASK
       FOR DRAGON FRAGMENTS!!!
       Unless Falgren starts handing out dragons like candy on
       Halloween, chances are there wont be any in the bank. Because
       they are very rare, Reg and Puffinbank know who needs dragons to
       complete their set. This list is only for Main Characters who
       still need, if you have alts that you want dragons for, you will
       have to camp at falgren, say a few prayers, do a little dance,
       and hope they land on you.
       
       
       
       NOTE:
       New bank rules have just been put in place. In order to ask for
       Warden items for your alt, your main MUST be of level 80, and to
       ask for Meteoric items for your alt, your main MUST be of level
       100! Please try and focus on your main account at hand, yes it
       may become boring at times and some people need a break, but it
       does not help the clan if we have 4 level 60s decked in warden
       and meteor when you could easily have by then a level 140.
       This is a modified version of the Rapture Eve bank rules.  The
       rules work so I am implementing them for us too.
