Roxy trotted by the ShadowClan border lazily, boredom reflecting
off her bright green optics. Her gaze swept across the imaginary
line, and it was so very tempting and easy to just step across
and 'cause some trouble. "Oh, what the heck!" The brown tabby
purred joyously as she bounced into the territory with a wild
grin on her face.

"Why the hell are you here?" demanded Grammarpaw. He'd been
watching her from a bush nearby until she finally decided to
cross. The medicine cat apprentice wouldn't stand for this.

Roxy skidded to a stop and whipped her shimmering gaze towards
the tom. "No real reason." The tabby answered casually, turning
her full attention on Grammarpaw and waving her tail up in the
air. "What? Were you spying on me?" She giggled.

He felt the urge to smack her at he lame excuse. "Well, it's
kind of my duty as a ShadowClan cat to make sure no one crosses

small smirk, boldly stepping towards the medicine cat

ShadowClan warriors, and are right to do so." In truth he was
terrible at fighting, but he might as well try to threaten the
she-cat.

"But I'm not like most cats, and I don't wanna run away now."
Roxy purred, wrapping her striped tail around her paws. "And I
really don't wanna hurt your feelings 'cause you're cute, but
you're not all that scary to me." She meowed, her ears pricking
to face the sides.
