Gameserver RULES!!

1.
NO GATE KILLING ALLOWED!!!! YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR IT!!!!!!
2.
This is an english server. You will not get banned for speaking
another language, but you do need to understand english to talk
to the gms or admins.
3.
Swearing is prohibited - no cursing, swearing, insulting other
players will make you banned. Also having bad words in nickname
is bannable.
4.
Closing BC early is bannable, the player who had the item chaos
can close only in the 3 minutes finals. Otherwise if reported
will get banned.
5.
Items lost due to computer glitches, auctions, lags, because you
were hacked or scammed WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
6.
GM's (Game Masters) decisions are FINAL. Every problems with
them should be discussed with HEAD Admins.
7.
Having bad words in your characters name will get you banned.
Having names with derogitory meaning will get you banned.
8.
WATCH OUT FOR CLONES! From time to time you can meet jerk
impersonating GM and trying to scam people. THE REAL GM WILL
NEVER ASK NEITHER FOR YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS AND FOR YOUR ITEMS!
Account details are confidential.
9.
OFFICIAL GM'S WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PASSWORD!!!! IF SOMEONE
ASKS FOR YOUR PASSWORD, THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE!!!!!
Account information is confidential. If you give the information
to anyone, you do so at your own risk because I will not change
your password, account name, or any other account information to
stop them from logging your account on.
10.
Staff isn't taking any responsibility for lost caused by
applications that interfering in game contents.
11.
Using any sort of hacking program will get you banned. One hit
hacks, duping, botting, and anything that changes your game play
experience is classified as a hacking program.
12.
Using programs interfering in game contents - so called HACKS -
will cause your account to be deleted and IP banned.
13.
Trading with full items is allowed. After buying full item it
becomes your property and you can do with it whatever you want.
14.
Possessing and using pedants/rings on +1/+9 item level is not
allowed. Those items are made via Shadow Bug which is prohibited
and punished by BAN. In case of acquisition that item you should
sell it in nearest NPC IMMEDIATELY! The only legal and allowed
jewelry level is +0/+11/+15.
15.
Only the player who has destroyed Crystal Statue have right to
pick up Quest Item. For picking up somebody's item you will get
banned if the person will prove it. Blocking a player from
traveling the path is bannable. If you block a players movement
on purpose you WILL be banned.
16.
You WILL not have "GM" or "gm" in any of your characters or your
login!!!! You WILL not have an offensive or racist word in your
name. Or any offensive wording including SWEARING!!!! Do not
forget WE ARE WATCHING YOU and WE WILL ENFORCE our RULES!!!!
17.
Killing in ARENA IS NOT ALLOWED AT ALL, if we catch you doing it
or some players show to us a SS with you killing at this map YOU
WILL GET BANNED!
18.
SELLING OR TRADING ITEMS FROM OR TO OTHER SERVERS IS BANNABLE OR
ALSO FOR MONEY!!!! IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING SO YOUR ACCOUNT WILL
BE DELETED!!!! YOU TRADE AND SELL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! YOU HAVE
BEEN WARNED!!!!
Report Properly.
Failure to follow any of these rules can and WILL result in you
getting banned or worse. Report Game Rules: Those are reporting
rules. You must follow them otherwise your report is going to be
failed. Reporting Gate killers: 1. You need 1 screenshot with PK
killing in gate. 2. You need 1 screenshot with polite and CLEAR
warning ("WARNING - NO GATE KILLING". 3. You need 1 screen shot
taken after warning, that shows PK keep killing. 4. More
screenshots are RECOMMENDED Reporting DC/hit/trade hackers: 1.
You must have video record made during reported incident (it
shows moment of hack being used) 2. In addition you have to take
a screenshot with nick of charged player. 3. In case of
reporting hit hackers or speed hackers you should have a party
with them to show damage rate on video. (if we can't see the
damage rate then we can't punish) If you know of a better way to
get proof then please let us know. If you make a vid of the hack
please explain in the vid what exactly we are looking for.
Reporting bugged items: 1. Screenshot of reported item is
required Bugged items are: -rings and pedants
+1,+2,+3,+4,+5,+6,+7,+8,+9 -full items +9 Reporting swearing: 1.
Screenshot taken with fully opened chat window (F4) with
conversation record is required. 2. Polite and simple warning
given to that person is recommended 3. You MUST provide
translation. Reporting of selling/buying hacks, impersonating
GM, abusive nickname, advertising other servers or prohibited
websites: 1. Screenshot taken in the place of happening with
CLEAR nickname of reported person is required. Reporting of
Blood Castle quest item stealers (according to new rule): 1.
Screenshot taken immediately after somebody pick your item with
message that you have broken the statue and message somebody
else picked up item. Also clear ING of rule breaker should be on
same/additional screenshot 2. Only player breaking the statue
can report somebody for stealing the quest item. Reporting for
Arena Murderers: 1. You need a clear ScreenShot with the name of
the murderer killing in Arena and "warning" or "no arena kill"
or similiar. 2. another SS of him/her still killing. Reporting
harassment (SPAMMING PM): 1. You need 3 warnings and 1
screenshots with spamming you. 2. You must give clear warnings
("STOP HARASSING PM") in screenshot. 3. More screenshots are
RECOMMENDED. Reporting harassment (KILLING): 1. You need a
minimum of 5 screenshots with PK killing you at least in two
different maps. 2. You must give a clear warning (" STOP
HARASSING PK") in each screenshot. 3. All harassment's
screenshots must be taken in no more than 1 hour. 4. More
screenshots are RECOMMENDED. SCREENSHOTS WITH OTHER WARNINGS
WILL NOT BE TREATED AS AN EVIDENCE. Those rules helps with
making reports and keep server in good shape. Every help is
important. REMEMBER - FALSE REPORTING MAY LEAD TO A BAN FOR
REPORTER AS WELL. DO NOT give your password or any of your
account information to any one. NOT EVEN TO GM'S. GMs will never
for your account info. The true Game Admins do not need your
password realize that. If someone is asking for your password
remember these rules. We will not be responsible for any items
lost due to glitches or bugs. Be careful with whom you trade
because you trade at your own risk. We will not be responsible
for items lost due to your lack of judgement about whom you
trade with.
