       Personality:
       Axel is confident and charming and will use those traits to
       manipulate anyone who he doesn't trust. He is overly protective
       and loyal to those he loves. He is not easily won over, even if
       he seems like he is. Never assume you are first in his heart
       because you will most likely be severely disappointed. He is
       actually really caring towards his friends and kids growing up
       on the streets. He will always do his best to help out street
       kids, and because of that he has a little group of them helping
       him out with information collection or anything that he can't do
       personally.
       Background:
       Axel grew up in an orphanage until he was 8, but it got too
       crowded so he left to give room to the younger ones since he was
       old enough to fend for himself on the streets. They met when
       Saix was about to get caught for stealing and Axel helped him
       escape through a narrow alley that the owner couldn't fit
       through. They split the food and Axel spent the rest of the day
       teaching him a few of his tricks and survival tips. It wasn't
       until later that Axel learned that Saix had enough money to
       survive without stealing, but liked to anyway since he got bored
       often. They spent a lot of time on the streets stealing food and
       money for the orphan kids. If they ever got caught then Saix
       would simply bribe the police to let him and Axel go.
       It wasn't until he was 10 that Axel learned he was a Psychic. He
       was laying in a park with Saix while his mind began to wander to
       build an imaginary world where he and Saix were fighting
       monsters with terrible claws and horrid teeth. As he built this
       world inside his head he saw Saix start to panic. His eyes were
       distant and no sound was coming out of his mouth but his face
       looked absolutely terrified. Axel grabbed his arm and completely
       dismissed the imaginary world from his head. Saix looked up with
       a startled look and pushed Axel away, calling him a freak and
       demanding to know what he did. Axel was confused but after they
       both calmed down they realized that Axel was a Psychic. He
       begged Saix to never tell another soul about his power, and Saix
       promised he never would as long as he only used it to help him,
       not hurt him. Axel agreed.
       Saix joined the Organisation and quickly went up the ranks with
       the help of Axel's power and his own work. Though money was
       another factor. Axel was employed by Saix to gather information
       on the streets and simply report back to him. Though eventually
       his jobs became more and more corrupt. Eventually he began to
       use his powers to silence the target by sending them into his
       twisted reality and killing them. For a long time now Axel has
       questioned Saix, but is too loyal to do anything to betray his
       best friend. That is until he gets a letter from Namine and
       finally sees a way to change his life and the life of all other
       Psychics for the better.
