       Story:
       Axel was not happy about this. Not one bit. Was it too much to
       ask for some downtime in this place? Apparently so, becuase he
       had another mission. He was supposed to go and find another
       Psychic, a Vincent Valentine, and grab him before there was too
       much of a fuss. Thankfully, the place he was in was in the
       middle of a festival, so keeping a low profile was easy.
       "You're not welcome here, Hunter." Axel jolted, a column of fire
       leaving him in surprise. The file hadn't mentioned that Vincent
       was a telepath! But there he was, staring at him from the window
       of some cheap inn. The fights almost never went in Axel's favor,
       and this one was going much the same way. It was almost like
       Vincent knew he was coming, becuase he knew all of Axel's
       "explosive" tactics, and easily defeated the Organization
       member. Breathing heavily, Axel sent off one last retort.
       "You can't run forever! We will catch you!" He quickly retreated
       leaving Vincent standing there, on the roof of the inn. He'd
       wanted to avoid having to answer that letter, but it looked like
       he had no choice in the matter anymore. If this Namine was also
       being hunted by the people who'd stalked Vincent for years,
       she'd need all the help she could get.
       "Huh. Looks like I've got no choice."
       Vincent=Telepathy.
       ------
       The idea I had about Vincent is that he doesn't pick fights, but
       if he needs to, he will fight to the last to defend himself or
       someone he cares about. He's been trying to avoid the
       Organization by moving around a lot, but they keep finding him,
       so he's forced to fight or be captured. This has given him a bit
       of a sarcastic, lone wolf attitude, and he has trouble getting
       close to people. But once he's close to them, he'll put his life
       on the line to defend them if they need it.
