       Transfer Budgets

       How will transfer budgets be given?
       At the end of the season, the league champion will recieve 10
       million pounds. Likewise the F.A cup champion will recieve 10
       million pounds.
       For a team who finishes 2nd to 6th in the league, they will
       recieve 7.5million pounds. A team who finishes 7th to 14th
       recieves 5 million pounds & 15th to 20th 2.5 million pounds.
       Each win you recieve 500k, & each draw you recieve 250k each.
       I.e Manchester City win the league & cup & win 15 matches & draw
       9. Their transfer budget adds upto 29,750,000 pounds.
       As well as this, you can recoup money by sales to other
       managers. I.e Manchester City sell Tevez 20 million pounds &
       they have 49,750,000 pounds.
