       The transfer centre is used for various reasons.
       Transfer rumours give you a chance to pen your intrest in a
       player.
       Transfer listed gives you a chance to tell other members what
       players you are getting rid of & also to announce your intrest
       in a list player.
       Loan list is to tell other members what players you want to send
       on loan, & to announce your intrest in loaning.
       Transfer Completed is to announce your details of a player you
       have just signed i.e Name, team from/team to, price, overall,
       clauses.
       Transfer deadline day shows signings on the last day of the
       window.
       Budgets is to see how much you have to spend! Dont go over or
       you'll be forced to sell !
       Transfer window shows when the window is closed/open.
