Group Organization (Incomplete)

The Academy group organization will be detailed further in other
articles, but in this regard we are only defining sub-groups.
Although the Academy stands as a whole, we recognize that
individuals within the group are best organized in small teams.
Similarly to the Illuminati organization, we will divide teams
into small groups. These groups will be called "Cells" - similar
to how cells compose a body.
This is not done for the purpose of concealing identity, as is
per the Illuminati. Rather, it is done because small teams work
better and more productively. Instead of focusing on influencing
and controlling things, we focus on productivity; we are a
research group regarding mysticism in general (although
specializing in practical magick as well).
Each "cell" is composed of 7 members and one coordinator,
divided as follows:
Cell Supervisor
Cell Officer
Cell Coordinator
+ 5 other Cell Members
The purpose of the Cell Supervisor is to review the productivity
of the Cell in general. They view the cell in the broadest way
possible, giving strategic goals to the Cell in order to
maximize the productivity of the Cell. He coordinates and
instructs from a broad perspective. He is NOT, however, a member
of this Cell; he is part of an older Cell.
The Cell Officer is in charge of leading in detail the rest of
the Cell Members. He is in charge of making sure the members of
a Cell are doing their research/work. The Cell Officer is also
in charge of removing members from a Cell as well as adding
members to a Cell. He views things from an optimal view; close
enough to know who is doing what, how productive they are, and
keeping Cell morale high.
The Cell Coordinator is responsible for viewing the work of each
Cell member up close; he must have knowledge of what each Cell
Member's research regards. He is there to make sure that each
Cell Member is actually working and researching... as opposed to
wasting time.
Cell Members are also Mystic Researchers... their work entails
specific work. It must be research which can be completed in the
time-frame given by the Cell Supervisor.
All parts of the Cell work as a team; and although a Cell can do
parallel research regarding other subjects, it is expected that
the Cell will also focus on the research goals detailed by the
Cell Supervisor.
Guidelines
- Each Cell has the privilege to run itself as it pleases,
through rules, codes and whatnot. But with this comes a sense of
loyalty; loyalty to the Cell Supervisor and the Academy as a
whole.
- Cells may refer to themselves as they please, and members can
give themselves nicknames as they please.
- A Cell is ALWAYS "spawned" from a member of another Cell. Each
Cell reports to a Supervisor from another Cell.
- If a Cell is left without a Supervisor, the Cell becomes
autonomous. This means that a new Supervisor is chosen.
- Cells should be organized according to how they best work -
members changed in their roles, excluded or added, etc.
- Cells are teams within the Academy. Each Cell works on their
own project, under the orientation or direction of a Cell
Supervisor.
- Cells should contribute their work to the Academy, for the
reviews of their peers and (hopefully) the addition of the
content into the Academy's list of works.
