       Life Force Manipulation

       Life Force, also known as Chi (in the east), is the energy which
       life produces. Wherever there is life, there is Life Force. It
       is an energy made present in the Astral (much weaker), and in
       the physical (very intensely). Life Force is the difference
       between soulless life and living beings.
       To manipulate this kind of energy, Tai Chi, and eastern martial
       arts help a lot. Also, you can try certain meditation
       techniques, like progressive muscle relaxation (relaxation of
       few muscles at a time, in waves, through the body). Or moving
       your inner energy into certain parts of the body, to enhance
       their strength and vitality (note: I will have no sexual jokes
       about this!).
       Manipulating Life Force is to manipulate all aspects of life.
       Through it's proper manipulation, one can drive all Life Force
       out of the healthy, or drive Life Force into the dieing. Of
       course doing negative actions like taking a life, or helping to
       do so, is very unethical, and karma may punish your actions
       later on, forcing you to assume both of your destinies AND
       endure the punishments of your actions.
       Though Life Force manipulation is very powerful, it is among the
       most forbidden of arts, when it concerns it's draining. The
       draining of Life Force should only be voluntary. Involuntary
       draining of Life Force is punishable in the spiritual realm,
       which reflects in the physical realm.
       Sadly enough, few people understand how or why this works. It
       works because, like gravity, what one tugs, the other tugs also.
       Both are intertwined, like fabric threads.
       To manipulate Life Force energy, you must have some to work
       with. As humans, we have our own bodies as long factories of
       Life Force, for us to work with our entire lifetime.
       It takes a very special understanding of all aspects of life,
       and all stages of it's cycle, and reincarnation, to be able to
       fully manipulate it. This is one reason why people do not fully
       comprehend Life Force, because the knowledge of all aspects of
       life is not known to most humans, and is not easy to accept or
       endure.
       Most people reading this will never understand the complexities
       of life in all it's form. Even I do not. But, hopefully, some
       will, and will best me.
       I encourage caution when using this knowledge, as sometimes the
       price of using this can be worse than never having learned it at
       all.
