OK, first topic to discuss... how should the group be organized?
POST BIG POSTS rather than often and small posts.
Ask yourself, what is it you want in this group. We'll focus on
fulfilling it later. Right now its just a wishlist.

I think we should have a group of leaders, then our teachers,

I also suggest having ranks of mystics and exams that test an
individuals knowledge.

Each rank should be divided into 3 groups. Lower mystic,
Intermediate mystic and Higher mystic.

Like the head, then leaders, then teachers and then students.
Mostly like a school. Head would be like principle, leaders
would be like assistant principles, and then teachers as
teachers and students as students
Head Would make the big decisions of mostly everything (Addams)
Leaders Would lead a group, we should have groups and leaders
for each, that way it would be more easier to control and handle
rather than having one giant group where it wouldn't be so
stable and harder to control, so it be better to break it down a
little
Teachers I think we should have like teachers but each with a
different subject, like for example Brennan teaching kinetics,
but we jsut need the group more bigger to have teachers and
leaders too
Students Would be the new incomers, they would learn from the
teachers
1)The teachers are told what to teach by leaders and Head, and
also more free will too for the whole group, it wouldn't be so
good to have a lot of rules, and members being not so satisfied
with how things are
2) Punishment for doing something bad isn't necessary is it? I
don't know, maybe sealing abilities for a while would be fine,
but yea, I don't think so
3)We all have rights, everyone can speak their opinions and
views, no one has to be afraid to stand up to something, or to
say something they have in mind about something, we should have
the group be more comfortable in talking ^-^
4)We can't have a group where two or more people do not get a
long, we need everyone to get a long and to trust each other
more
Well this is how I think of it, in putting the group together,
it's alright if you don't like it, just how I see it ^-^

HOLD ON, HOLD ON!!! Guys, few posts, but lots of stuff in each
post.
WISHLIST ONLY!!!

- Few ranks
- Specialties / Departments / Fields of study (groups of
knowledge)
- Honorary Ranks - purely decorative and descriptive
- Research Groups
I want the group to be transparent, open, accessible. I don't
want much formality, just respect. I don't want bureaucracy -
swift and decisive actions should be done. Actions should be
well thought through, and if mistakes are made, they should be
admitted to publicly.
I'd like the group to be an easy place for people to read about
mystic subjects. I would like to emphasize publishing books and
articles here; personal teaching is good, but it can't be done
in mass - focus on making detailed texts about your work. You
can record YouTube videos, if you prefer, but it is imperative
that you record your work somehow. This way any student can
learn from what was already published online.
