Admin Abuse of servers

Guys, I have noticed over the last 3-4 weeks an increase of
admins using !list & !alias searches of players. There is
nothing worse than being in a server and seeing 3-4 admins doing
searches on the same players. There is no reason for it other
than some admins believing that they have to be in on the
action. If one admin suspects a player, by all means invite
another admin in to spectate them, (Ask the other admin by name)
as I have done in the past with Metal, but there is no need for
3-4 admin all doing searches to see who the suspect player is.
Also there has been an increase of players being removed from
the server as soon as their ping hits 250. This should not be
the case. A player who has a constant ping over 350 should be
removed. Not a player whose ping hits in every now and again. If
a player's ping does hit 350, then by all means remove them with
a kick. (!k), NOT a timed kick, (!K 10 minutes).
These are small mercies, that we show each other and our guests.
We are here to server CGI as well as the guests. Not the other
way round.
A clean server is a happy server!

Yes sir, i told many times to KiTA to not to ban high ping
players with time duration, sometimes he banned high ping
players with 1h or 2h.
3 days ago loop told me that if a player's ping is constant 999
then we should kick him, otherwise not.
And yes you are right sir, many times when i suspect a player
and alias him, if there is a admin (Juniors) he also alias him
and not only admin(s), some player(s) start locating him.. zzzz

Firstly i'm new and i'm very carefully on server coz we are
admin, our behave is sample for other players
Stark say if you want kick or something use recon coz the reason
is attach it, if High Ping i'm using this reason and if CI i'm
using it
Coz early 2 or 3 days ago, i find some players give me advice to
give reason if you want kicking or something
Still learning for being such a good admin :)

Sorry all admins for my really really really bad Idea :'( :'(
Tempban for High Ping player is such as Bullshit i know :-[ :-[
But yesterday Hun2 Say "Dont Kick or Tempban High Ping" ???
???
So what action that should do for High Ping player :-\ :-\

Leave them if anyone is 999, then kick him with the reason ci ..
